JRJ is an excellent place to have your taxes prepared. The staff here is always very friendly and welcoming. For the past few years I have had my taxes prepared by Heather. She is very good at her job and makes preparing taxes look like a walk in the park. She is always ready for me when I arrive and our appointments never last longer than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend her and JRJ to anyone looking for friendly, knowledgeable people to prepare your tax returns.

I used them for 2015 taxes and had a very good experience. I went back for 2016 taxes and was treated really bad. I will never use these people for anything. The girl at the front desk got smart and just walked away. I had an appointment and was told to wait while everyone else went in front of me. They realized how they were treating me at the end, but it was too late. I cannot recommend using them.
I realize this is a hectic time and must be very stressful, however there is no excuse for the service I received this year.
Preparer was rude and not understanding.
I started a new business and it was suggested I use a larger CPA firm. Now, I have been using JRJ for years prior. i tried the new firm and am completely unsatisfied. Now back with JRJ and very happy with their service. Lady that answered the phone for the appointment was very nice.
