Service is always pleasurable and the staff is very attentitve. Scheduling can be difficult at times, but that's probably due to lots of customers. They've always tried to accomodate me when needed. I've had several different therapists and all were pretty good. Been coming to this location for a few months and will continue as long as the standards remain high.
I've had my ME membership for over 3 years. I have used it to go to other locations for services when traveling with no problems. Even though my home location is in VA, I frequent this location because of its proximity to my home and because I love my therapist, Bray. He's the best and I never go to anyone else unless he's booked! The front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. 5 stars.. *****
I have been going to ME for over to years as a member. It's very hard now to book a follow up appointment. I have to make my Appointments months out. I never can get my favor masseuse therapist. Always a different person. I have noticed my appointments are not for 1 hr. Just 50 Min. I just received a call today that I need to come in early to update my file before my appointment and it will cut into my appointment but the form had to be completed before the therapist could start my sections.which this is not my fault. I ask why didn't they call In advance before my appointment. The front desk blames it on the therapist not doing there job in reviewing the records. I really want to stop going. I enjoy my massages though. The front desk needs to work better on customer service. The phone is always going to the answer machine. But they do call back that I will give them credit.
I have not been to massage envy because I always read reviews before I attend anything. I have read every comment and I thank you all for writing them because I do not spend my money anywhere where customer service is not a must! I was planning on having an event here but If more than ten people are writing bad reviews about this place then it must be a problem so for that me and friends, family, coworkers, clubs and congregation will not be spending our money here! Massage envy you have lost out on a lot of money (damn near half a million) because your lack of customer service thank yourself!
Been going here for awhile and have had good luck. Just need to get ahead in scheduling. Also provided others with gifts including massages and facials and have had good experiences.
