Ideal local bike shop. The staff is friendly although there are some younger workers who are not very knowledgeable. The senior staff makes up for it. Decent selection, very good bike repair shop. The only knock I would say is price is a bit high, not bad.
Great experience there, I would totally go back and make my LBS of choice. I went in for a service, not only did they take their time figuring out what was wrong and fixing it. They educated me about other things I needed to take care of as well.
I have serviced three road bikes here without any issue.Very good customer service. Love going there.

Had a great experience with Kenny at Bike Doctor! Took my old, but nice and in good condition, touring bike in for comfort adjustments. Haven't ridden for the last 16 years and my older bones no longer appreciate the extended geometry of a touring bike. Kenny spent a lot of time with me, putting on a shop-tester adjustable stem and newer style drop handlebars, just so I could evaluate whether these improvements would be worth the expense to change up (and they were!). It was the kind of consultation that I could only have hoped for! I could not have had a better experience. They also have a wide-ranging selection of new bikes (two friends left there with new Trek hybrids) and bike accessories.
