I signed up for monthly payments program which is only $54 since I was going each week and paying $25 and now I can go unlimited. They do a good job and it’s worth the money.
...Forgot to mention - the employees are very friendly and professional. They really look like they know what they're doing and all of them are working on your car as if they care about it like it was their own (my observation from looking through the big glass windows while my car is riding down the conveyor being worked on by the well-organized crew). The facility also looks pretty new, modern, and clean.
They clean your car and it looks great! You can pay by the wash but the monthly wash is very beneficial. You can take your car as often as you like during the month
I just started going here and I love the place I used to go in Edgewater so I am going to give it some time to see if they're rating gets up to four stars. So far and we had to make them go back and do something else that they didn't do on the vehicle. I don't like having to go over people's work. So for now 3 stars is it just keep an eye on them some of the cleaners are little bit lazy.
I’ve been going here for a few years. Always a good experience, employees are friendly and helpful, ambience is nice. My two complaints are that the workers never dry off my vehicle completely. I normally go down the street, pull into a parking lot, and finish the job myself! (Hence, the 4* rating.) The other issue is WHY DO THEY HAVE TO ADJUST YOUR DRIVER’S SEAT TO MOVE A VEHICLE TO A VERY CLOSE SPOT once the washing/drying process is over? Very irritating! Still, for the prices and convenience, I’d recommend Kleen Wave Spa to all.
I'm on the subscription plan for unlimited Platinum-level washes so I pay a pretty penny every month - about $60 - but I'm finding I want to wash my car rather often anyway and I always want the Platinum service each time I go, which runs $25 a pop. Considering the cost, you want an extraordinary result, and I must say, you always get that. They really do have a nice set up. First you run through the washer, which gives the car exterior a really thorough 360-degree cleansing. This stage of the wash is LEGIT, not some cheap, meek, and weak equipment, including the strong dryer blowers at the end. You then drive the car around to the next round (when it gets onto another conveyer), but this time you get out and it's surrounded by people hand wiping and drying your car and cleaning your windows inside and out, wiping down your dash, vacuuming, washing your mats, spraying and shining your wheels and tires, etc. The car just look sparkling and squeaky clean when they're done. It's the best feeling driving away, seeing how your car is so spotless and looking good!
