I do not recommend doing any preplanning contracts with them. My parents purchased two plots and two casket vaults in 1968 and they refused to give any credits for changes made at the time of my father's death. I'm not even sure they included the vault for my father's Urn as we purchased a urn/vault combination. In addition, my mother was charged the full retail price for granite that is now required with each memorial and the opening and closing of the grave site. I felt there should have been a credit for the less expensive urn vault, but that is not how they do business.

Most unprofessional group of people ever, cold hearts. Surprise fees for everything,

I visited my dad and moms grave site, and found the grounds in very poor condition. What is even worst I found the grave marker showing signs of abuse, My father Paul Willett past away in 1994 and the date was missing from the marker. My mother's date of passing was loose. Unfortunately I had to leave to fly back home and did not have time to confront management. I am much less than happy at this point.

The sales manager Willie was a joke My fathers name was John he kept calling him James or Jay even after correcting. And kept getting up and leaving every time his cell phone went off. Had a bad attitude since we walked in the door. If the plot wasn't already paid for we would have walked out and went somewhere else. I never had such bad customer service before. And you would think at a place like that they would treat you with the utmost respect since you just lost a loved one. Every person there was respectful expect the manager which made no since at all.

Very beautiful and well kept
