This is as close to a perfect church as you'll ever find. Such a blessing EVERY week. Great preaching, solid doctrine, amazing music ministry, and a youth group my kids BEG to attend.
It was my first visit. It’s wonderful to attend a church that has not thrown away the hymnal or the doctrine of the sovereignty of God.
FBC Waldorf is an amazing church family. They are extremely welcoming to new visitors and families. My husband and I have been blessed by going to Bible Study and Worship on Sunday mornings. The worship time is great with a mixture of contemporary and traditional music and the choir normally blessing us with two songs. We are blessed by the messages that Dr. Wayne Kempson brings to us each week. He really takes a great amount of time preparing for the messages. You can tell that he studies up through Hebrew and Greek as well as looking in to a variety of different commentaries. He really keeps everyone's attention and is funny too. I have been blessed by the live internet services that FBC Waldof offers because some times my husband has to work on Sundays and due to medical problems I am unable to drive. Being able to join in worship by watching from home is a blessing as well. We plan on joining the church very soon and remaining there until we die. We couldn't ask for a better church to be a part of.
