Horrible customer service. They called an incorrect phone number to verify our appointment. Not hearing from anyone nor an email, I called the morning of and verified my appointment to only find out they booked someone else in my slot. Instead of the personnel apologizing and seeing if they can squeeze me in, she stated, I would have to reschedule. Poor customer service. On top of things, I work for the School Board and missed the evening at work to make this appointment. They lady clearly did not care at all. No apologizes for their mistakes and made it sound as if it were my fault. Clearly my phone number listed is correct and on their end, they clearly punched in a wrong number in my phone number. I remained calm and friendly. They lady was just plain out rude. This is why this office has nothing but bad reviews but I was only trying to see for myself and now I clearly understand.
Amazing Dentist!!! I saw Dr. Sethi after seeing the cosmetic work that he had done on one of my colleagues. I had him fix my front teeth and I am so happy with my final result. Thank you Dr. Sethi for your help and also thanks to your wonderful staff. I have been smiling a lot since you fixed my smile :)
But not every one is light on their feet like me, just said forget. He is just like that up tight and no joke mood. He clearly has rod up his___!!!!!
Great Dentist!!! and very nice staff. I had not been to a dentist in years. I had a dental emergency and they were very accommodating, and helpful in getting me the care I needed. Best of all DR. Sethi is very kind and gentle. Now my entire family goes to him.
The lady at the front desk was nice and hopefully.
Rather then that not to bad.
Dr. Sethi is a great dentist. His work is excellent and he keeps the pain to a minimum. I've been going here for three years and I've never had a bad experience.
My first visit wasn't that long ago.
But it wasn't that bad, They service is okay.
The dentist his self NEEDS to lighten up. I understand we are from two different countries. I almost wanted to tell him about his self. He has coming off with shade to me. Smartness, I tell you.
