I reached out and followed all the procedures and was denied hosting a fundraiser for my daughters cheerleading team. I was promised to be called back several times only to be ignored. This branch doesn't care about the community and helping local cheerleading teams raise funds for their competitions. Horrible customer service in returning phone calls or caring about the community.
I love this Giant. They are friendly, helpful and care about their customers and lroducts. If you have a question about something they take the time to help you and even allow you to try it. Awsome,
I shop in this store 2-3 times a week. Each time myself or my husband comes across our receipt where something was scanned wrong. Please take the time to look at your receipt. When your asking for a refund guarantee you will have a different experience and opinion. If they are doing this to one customer you can bet they are doing it to many. All I'm saying is take the time to check your receipt and your gas rewards.
The cashier was more concerned about the person behind me having more the 12 items then taking care of me .no thank you for shopping or nothing bad service .the carvel cakes were all looking like they have been out of temp we got one we needed for a birthday party hope it's good
