She then tells me my ears are full of fluid and are enclaved. I ask how that happens, no real answer was given and I was told to take Sudafed. The whole thing took 6 minutes.

I went to this location on 9/27/17. The front desk staff was amazing! Very nice, helpful and professional. My medical provider not so much. She was nice but not very competent. I went in because both of my ears hurt and felt full. I had the most awful pressure across my forehead. Before I could tell her my symptoms she immediately told me that I had the virus that was going around. I told her that was impossible since I wasn't coughing, had no cold symptoms, or fever. It was then that she decided to exam me only looking in my eyes, nose, and ears.
This place has always been great whenever I have visited. The service has been quick (in and out in under an hour) and the doctors have been able to diagnose and help. I used to go to Patient First which is absolutely horrible. This place has been a lot better.
Its a nice facility and front desk staff but I was disappointed with the doctor. From reading the other posts on here, it seems like I've had a similar experience with having a careless doctor. Took my 4 year old here for a bad cough and high fever. I waited an hour to be seen by the doctor, only for him to spend less then 30 seconds with us. There was no dialogue between us, despite my attempts. He was walking out the door before I even had a chance to ask any questions. Didn't even bother to explain his reason for prescribing an anti-biotic. My daughter is still sick and I will be taking her to the ER this evening.
I went to my primary care doctor yesterday as I was still feeling the same. I have a ear infection that has reinfected itself because it was left untreated 2 weeks ago.
After being sick for a couple of days I want to the Waldorf location. Front desk and the nurse was great. After throwing up and being given a anti-naseua med before going in, I was shocked at the reception from the provider. He walked in, no introduction and looked at me with a once over. Obviously he did not care to treat me. He was horrible. I did not bother filling the meds because I dont trust the diagnosis. I will never go back. This person made the hair stand up on my neck. This was on Novemeber 30, 2017.
