You can choose where you sit when you purchase tickets online, but the help there sucks, terrible customer relations. And the place isn't well cleaned.
I love the plush-seat, reserved seating they have, just plan your movies well in advance! They sell out quickly and often. The theatres are very dirty though. Seats are showing signs of heavy use. I wouldn't go so far as recommending wearing gloves and protective wear, but you should wash your hands before you eat. Bring a towel or something to put on the headrest before you sit back.
Xthis place has big comfortable recliners. They have also let the seating run down significantly. When seating was new it was the most wonderful place on earth!
