This has to be the worst pharmacy in Maryland. They leave you on hold forever. The customer service in the pharmacy is subpar.
I was at this Rite Aid tonight, April 11, 2016. The guy who rang me up was light skin with dreads and had glasses. He was on his phone for one while ringing up my things... (I think it was a Samsung phone), then he was rude when I asked about a deal I saw and told me that it wasn't a sale, when in fact it was when I put my Rite Aid card information in. Then when I paid, he said nothing to me and I said " Thank you, have a good night" and he didn't even respond. One of the worst customer service experiences ever!
Please fix whatever it is you broke.
I love the staff at this pharmacy and the front of the store. They've always been helpful to me and I've never had any issues over the last 9 years of using them and interacting with the same staff members over that time.
I used to like this rite aid for filling my prescriptions. About 4-6 months ago, the service dropped drastically from 5 stars to less than 1 star. My prescriptions are never filled on time. Often, like tonight, I have waited 8 hours with still no text to pick them up. When I call, I am always told "we will fill those asap" after waiting hours. I can no longer plan my trips to pick up meds. I have to call 2x before I go, regardless of the time quoted to me.
