Great service, responsive communication, friendly personnel. We did not have to pay at this location, just drop off. But they were helpful and let us borrow a hand truck (dolly).
I would give this business a zero star if I could also. The bathroom was disgusting. We had to wait on them to fill up the truck even though we had a reservation. The car dolly wasnt there on time either. They offered no apologies either just excuses saying most people dont even show up for their reservation. When he opened the door for us and we didnt say thank you, he rudely replied, "Youre welcome," out of nowhere while we are obviously already aggravated. Avoid this place! There is another budget three miles away.
This place is absolutely the worst and Budget is off my list now too. I reserved a 16 ft truck 3 weeks in advance to my move date. Obviously its important to have a truck available and I thought it would be ready at 8am. First I got there at 810 and nobody was there. Went back at 825 and was told the manager called me the day before saying they didn't have my truck. Wrong answer....never got a call. I called customer service and they had the audacity to tell me that in fine print the truck is not guaranteed but only the rate!! So how can you even reserve a truck at all??? I'll tell everyone I can about this terrible service and hopefully can deter others from this location and budget trucks.
Reserved a truck on 7/1 for 7/8, with confirmation number. Had four of us from various parts of Maryland coordinate our schedules to be in Waldorf that day to help parents move. At 9 am on 7/8, got a call from Budget that they had no trucks available to rent. We were already on our way there. What good is a reservation/confirmation if the company completely ignores it? Thankfully, we found a U-Haul dealer close by that was able to help us out. They will be getting my business from now on.
Manager Dj is the worse.never ever go here they will try steal ur money out ur account. They will over charge you and lie. Had to call the police on them.Thiefs keep trying to give me the run around.
