They are THE WORST. The driver who attends our neighborhood is very lazy. Delivers packages to the wrong addresses and gives you other people's mail. She has broken my mailbox door, she carries and attitude and acts like she doesn't care whether someone gets their mail or not. I wish i knew her name and truck number. She will be getting reported
I have been calling this location back to back for over an hour and no one has picked up yet! No machine, nothing! My package was supposed to be delivered in 2 days and has been MIA for 2 weeks!!! Apparently USPS has been holding the package due to a problem with a damaged label. They were supposed to be printing a new label and sending the package out. I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE PACKAGE! How long does it take to reprint a label, put it on a box and send it on its way???? I am willing to even pick the package up, even though I paid for express shipping, which is why I'm calling. As bad as this post office is, I need to be sure they even know where the package is before I take off an hour to get there before they close. Guess, Ill continue trying to call.
I am so tired of getting the incorrect mail every single day they took my package to someone else and of course they're not going to return it to the rightful owner. This is the worst Postal Service ever they don't even answer their customer service line and just continues to rings until it hangs up or gives you a busy signal. They don't train the people to deliver your mail properly or read the address to put put the correct mail in the box. Please hire responsible employees! This is the second time we received someone else's medication in our box and I have to search for the person to give it to them. I would give the a zero.
Ok... I cannot verify the poor customer service on the phone. I walked in because I had a new construction home and the address was not showing up on the usps website so I had to go to the post office. I will say this about their customer service and I will leave it at that: if you are used to smiles and giggles, you won't find that at this location. If you are used to people being direct and forward, you might think of the employees as being rude. Get in the post office, know what you want, and get out. Keep the line moving. It's 2:45 and they close at 3pm. I was in and out in 5 mins and was given direct instructions on what I needed to do.
I only wrote this review because I see how customers can take it as an attitude but I am also one of those people who gives directions and keep it moving. I don't think it's that extreme to poor customer service, unless they blatantly had an attitude, but I do think it's more so efficiency than anything. Hope this helps.
Been calling to schedule a appointment to get a passport and pictures. they do not answer any of the phone numbers listed. I was given the number to call when I went to Post Office.
