Great service and the food was delicious. Didn't give it a 5 because the carpet needed to be swept. A worker was sweeping when I sat down, but missed a whole area behind me.
Customer Service is excellent. They acknowledge regulars. They seem to want you to have a good experience.
Went on Monday during the busy lunch hour and the wait staff were friendly as always. Food was hot as desired and the coffee was fresh. A customer in front of us was pretty upset with her order but the staff took the time to walk around the counter and explain her receipt and each item received. They walked her away from the edge of the cliff for sure. I heart Panera!
This isn't the first time they got my order wrong, but it was the first and last time they were unprofessional about it. Got the pick two, got back to work. Realized it was wrong. I check the receipt on the bag, maybe I picked up the wrong one. Nope, receipts matched. I'm not someone who ever wants something for free. Put all the food back in the bag, got to Panera, explained the situation, had both receipts in hand. They agreed to remake the whole order, because who wants to eat cold soup. I'm watching them make my order wrong again. I remind them I wanted wheat bread. The teen pulls out a baseball size slice and cuts it in half. That's when I asked for a refund. The shift leader on duty couldn't care less. I pointed out to her that behind the counter they were giggling and giving me side glances. Never again. Go to a different Panera, this one is the mascot for Waldorf behavior.
Horrible service and the restaurant was disgustingly dirty. 7pm on a Friday and not crowded, yet the staff was standing around doing nothing. Only one register was open while the others stood and stared. Soda fountain area was unkept. Sticky soda spills everywhere. Napkins, syrup stand, and cup lids in disarray. Trash on the floors leading back into kitchen and behind counter. Several tables have not been cleaned. The floors were unswept and spilled food was laying on the floors under the tables. The staff was just standing around drinking sodas. From what I saw and heard, most of them had really bad attitudes. The manager there was doing absolutely nothing. This Waldorf location is terrible. Drive a few miles and go to the LaPlata Panera where it is much nicer.
