*As I stuff my face with leftover cupcakes* This place is absolutely AMAZING! & the service was excellent! I put in my order for my baby shower. Everything was ready to pick up as soon as I got there! I ordered banana, sweet potato, & red velvet cupcakes. *Insert drool emoji* When I say EVERYONE raved about how delicious these cupcakes were! Everyone loved it.
My Husband and I ordered a cake for my birthday and picked it up on a Tuesday afternoon (1:00 pm). I live ten minutes from this shop. An hour before my dinner party the cake started to melt (7:00pm). First, the flowers fell off the top, then eventually the walls. I called the shop and a young lady informed me that the blue frosting changes the quality of the buttercream (first time hearing this) and that she would need to see pictures. Also, the the owner would call me. I sent the pictures that night and I waited. I waited until the next day and I was force to call because the owner hadn't called me. When I spoke with the owner she was very rude and told me she has been doing this for 17 years and that it was something I did. I told her I didn't want money back but asked was there something that could be done? She didn't work with me and told me to have a nice day. Sadly, I will not be returning to this bakery or referring any of my clients or friends.
The atmosphere is very nice but I was not satisfied with either cupcake I bought... Mystery or Pineapple. I did not taste anything in either cupcake. I ate half of each at the same time to compare. They both tasted the same...tasteless. I'd give them another chance if someone else is buying.
A great spot for flavorful and delectable sweets. I definitely recommend stopping by when you’re in the mood for a treat.
I wish I could give 6 stars. I had a wonderful experience working with Melanie. She was extremely professional and helpful in helping me design a custom cake for my daughter's 10th birthday. Not only was cake beautiful it was delicious too! I would definitely recommend them to others.
