I had really great service here. The young lady taking orders and payment was very talented and polite.
Leonardtown Rd. in Waldorf, MD has my favorite McDonald's.
They cook and season the food well. Also, when I go I am often ordering large amounts for multiple people, and it has been rare that there was a mistake in the order. In fact, not once this year that I recall.
That has been an issue multiple times at various other Mcdonald's stores in the past. Almost always at times of high traffic volume. So, somewhat understandable.
No one even apologized as I made my 4th trip to the counter with yet another issue that shouldn't have even been an issue.
This location is closest to my house but I try to avoid it as much as possible. I don't usually complain but i always have problems at this location. Today there was a customer at the window adding things on to her order so of course it took a while but when I got to the window it was like my food was just sitting there the whole time. I asked that my fry be replaced and told them I would pull over to the side so there was no reason for them to rush my fries. When my fries were bought out they were got but they were also not cooked all the way. I apologized and told the young man that the fries were not cooked all the way and asked for more. When they brung out the new fries they were still not done all the way. I just left, unsatisfied with my fries.
First, there is no "play place" just a brighter colored seating area with two video touch screens. We used the new kiosks to order. Our food was delivered without drinks, condiments or napkins. Our kid's happy meal was missing the toy. They were out of sweet tea. The wrong burger was delivered. The fries were undercooked.
Always very slow. I just left there and ordered a iced coffee and got home to spoiled milk in my drink. It tasted horrible. I opened up the lid and spoiled milk chunks are in my drink. I tried calling and no answer. The worse one in Waldorf.
