Going to Smoothie King in the early mornings for meal replacements. I usually stick to the Peanut Power Plus but sometimes I like to go outside my comfort zone and try something new! The employees are always like I don't know, I haven't tried it, and not really knowledgable about the products , which they are selling I find it to be a turn off.daily. I
The smoothies are great for the price. I do wish the prices were a tad bit lower. The customer service is a hit and miss. There are times I would go in there and it is always the young staff giving me grief. I have not met anyone who looks approachable. They always talking, laughing, and paying no attention to the customers. The one in D.C. has more customer service and the staff is older than the ones here.
Just as friendly as the Bowie one..... Quality is superb as well. No complaints from me.
Smoothies always great. Customer service? Hit or miss. Sometimes fast efficient friendly. Sometimes dismissive non attentive. Like, literally ignoring you standing there at the counter. Consistency is a great customer service quality to have.
