Rude. Absolutely rude. My husband bought a pair of cleats that were barely touched and had to return them when he realized he wouldn't need them. When asking about a return they refused to even look at the shoes, gave us an attitude in front of other customers and their manager who went along with the nasty tone. They clearly do not value their customers business and speak as if they are above everyone else. Unprofessional, unpleasant and not worth going to. There are plenty of other sporting stores in the area that do better business. Avoid these obnoxious employees at all costs.
The staff is very very helpful. This is not the store for browsing and impulse shopping.
I really had a great experience at this sporting goods retailer. I was in dire need of some running shoes and a young gentleman working in the shoe department named David Beall assisted me quickly and very helpfully with a lot of information about the footwear products. The managers or whomever trains the workers in this store have done a great job of educating them on the items sold in the store. Id recommend this spot to anyone. And for the best info on footwear products go in and ask for David, he's great.

Went here to get some gear for my nephew and the staff are outstanding. Very knowledgeable and helpful getting me everything in one shopping trip. Recommend to anyone who is a novice in the sporting world as they will take care of you!
