Patient First was so busy that I decided to come to this place instead. I was surprised how slow the service was, especially seeing only 4 patients in the waiting room which included myself. The staff isn't especially friendly either. It's convenient however but I doubt I'll return. I was there two hours and it definitely should've taken less than one.
Incredibly slow. I showed up here on a Sunday morning. There was only one patient before me and i still waited forever. I usually don't complain but patient's times are valuable too.
First time here and signing in is done on a tablet and so is the paperwork. Not sure why it took so long when We were the only ones in the waiting room. The appointment took over an hour. Almost the entire visit while in the waiting room waiting for a family member the receptionist was on her cell phone FaceTiming a friend. I heard the entire conversation for most of the visit. Completely unprofessional and irritating to say the least. No one should have to endure this level of unprofessionalism. The doctor was great according to my family member.
I give Medstar Prompt care urgent care five stars! My son & I went there today & it was fast & easy! We got seen by the friendly doctor who listened to our symptoms & took the correct measures to address our concerns! We highly recommend them because they do a Great Job!!! I never have to worry about a long waiting periods which means they care about people's time...I definitely would go back if I had an urgent care need instead of the E.R.*Medstar PromptCare urgent care has fast, friendly, & Great Service! I definitely love and appreciate the online check-in -it saves so much time! Paperwork? Not at all ....new patient docs are completed via tablet, which is great!!
