IF I COULD GIVE IT A TEN, I WOULD Micheal has excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable, patient, caring . I had the pleasure of meeting Michael in 2016. When I took out a motorcycle policy with Allstate because they were the cheapest at that time. Since then I have added an auto and renters policy. Saved money and received money back from my past insurance agencies thanks to my agent. I am currently earning money through their Drivewise app. I am so PLEASED with my experience thus far that I'm looking to add life. Just like the slogan, I truly do feel like I'm in good hands. It's amazing!! It feels good to do business with a company that gives back in more than several ways to its customers. Keep up the good work and I'm a customer for life!!
We decided to switch from Nationwide to Allstate a few years ago. We have had nothing but outstanding service from Mr. Weaver and his Team. Never had a complaint, a few questions here and there but only minor issues. My wife praises Mr. Weaver for his time and support, the best ever Customer Service!!! Job Well Done!!
