I never have time to write reviews when I receive great customer service but since I am in the service industry, I feel that it is important to recognize not just an individual but the entire staff for going above and beyond with the level of customer service they provide. I was out of town and on a plane and my daughter was involved in a minor car accident. Bill Waugh and his team not only made sure she had all the information that she needed but also went above and beyond in following up with her when she got out of the doctors office. They made sure she was ok and let told her they took care of everything with the car. This is the type of customer service that sets the standards for other companies to try and meet.
