The place was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly, reasonable prices on items they were selling and they were also good in negotiations when pawning your items to the shop.
Top Dollar is a great place for what every you may want to trade and or buy, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, and with today's technology and information highway you can't trick them so you will always receive top quality merchandise.

Mike the owner seems knowledgeable, however the rest of the staff in there are either just ghetto or dumb. An example is... I received an offer of $500 from Mike who instructed me that it stood at any time, only to come back the next day and get literally embarrassed for the item I was bringing in. When I instructed him that Mike gave me a offer, he said "Too bad, I'm overriding him". He clearly didn't even know what the item was as he questioned it once I placed it on the counter. He had no customer service skills and even once he finished with me everyone in the store was starring at us. I will never again step back in this place. I have had 2 bad experiences back to back and will not allow anymore. Good luck to anyone who visits this store.
I've picked up several items from top dollar as well as sold things here for more than fair prices. And the best thing is they are always willing to negotiate work with you to ensure you are happy from beginning to end. Highly recommend the top dollar team!
