Simply put this was a horrible experience, part of a recent and continuing trend for this location.
I love this restuarant. Its my first time at this location. The food was delicious and worth the wait. It will cost you some money but the quality of the food was worth it.
Then two orders were supposed to be medium, however they arrived well done and medium well. My wife was able to eat her order while my father and mine were being re-cooked.
This restaurant is awesome!! Our waiter "Big Kevin" was great. He was funny, nice, and we didn't have to ask for refills! The food was delicious I had the barbecue ribs and my boyfriend had the chicken and steak meal. The food was cooked prefect! Great costumer service! Very clean restaurant.
This place was busy but our waiter he likes to be called "Big Kevin" he was the best waiter you could have. Down to earth and joked with us and he was just all around Awesome! Our food was delicious and we enjoyed ourselves! Longhorn Steakhouse is very lucky to have this employee! He knows exactly what customer service is all about!! Thank you "Big Kevin"!
First, soup for two people in my wife and father was cold, sent back and microwaved. They received their soup and ate it before the meal came. However, I didn't get my salad.
However, I will give them 2 stars, because most people discount 1 star reviews.
The service was excellent. In fact right after we were seated a waiter who had yet to clock in took our order. The food was cooked to order. The atmosphere was very inviting. Would go back again.
