I am a big WingStop fan but this location is a disappointment. I placed an online order at 7:20 pm for 6 wings and baked beans with a ready time of 7:40 pm. I arrived at 7:55 pm and my order was still not ready. Finally at 8:00, an employee places a bag in the "To-Go" area and walks away. I walk up to the counter and an employee walks by and fails to acknowledge my presence. There were four employee on staff and they were all in the back area talking. Finally, after waiting at the counter for 5 minutes I took matters into my own hands and checked the "To-Go" area to see if it was my food sitting there. Sure enough it was. I just took my food and left. When I got home, my blue cheese dip tasted like pure water as if they diluted it to stretch their inventory out and the baked beans were also watery and had no flavor. This is my third time coming to this location and it's been the same all three times. This is the worst WingStop I've ever been to and I will not be returning.

It sucks the young African-American girl was very uninviting came up to take my order as if I was bothering her. Guy changing and making loud crazy noises.
Stopped eating from this location several months ago after they shorted my order. I did not know this until I had arrived home. When I called back the manager acted as if I was trying to pull a fast one. Now almost 6 months later and things have not changed. I just arrive home after giving them another shot and you guessed it.... my order is short again. This time when i write their corporate office i will leave my contact info. Last time i didnt because i said it would not matter because there will be no change. Guess i was right!
Great place to get wings hands down, but today I tried to order online and also pay online, now you have to come in and pay?????... Because people would place-in orders and not pick them up...so that's everyone's issue?, Who always pays online !!! People have kids ! And aren't home to give them a credit card to pay. Very disappointed.
This the SLOWEST place to order and WORST wingstop to visit. When a person walks in the door the cashier ask if you are placing an order, if you say yes, then her response is your order will take at least 25 mins.... Really!!!... you haven't heard what my order will be yet... To me that sounds like you are discouraging my business or you do not want to do your job more efficient. This is BAD business when a fast food place takes 25 mins to complete orders. There 4 people standing around in the kitchen standing around watching the fryer. The floors in the restaurant have trash noticeable to customers and you know it is noticeable to the workers. I went to use the bathroom while I was waiting, there were no Paper towels available, so I go up front to find napkins and none are available... So I think if the workers are going to the restroom, are they really washing and drying their hands...ummm... no paper towels were available, so why didn't they refill them.... The owner should probably visit their establishment on occasions to see what customers see... I know this will be my LAST visit To this location and I will be sure to let other know my experience. Maybe the food board should make a visit.
