I found his behavior to be very predatory and the worse part is because of the notes he put in on my claim I now have to prove he was lying. He was not someone I would trust nor want in my house ever again. Do not use these guys.

1st I was assigned this company by 2-10 my home warranty insurance company. about my garbage disposal. The plumber came out and looked under my sink for about 3 seconds and asked what type of coverage I had. He then went to the car to see if I was covered. Upon his return he declared that I was not because it was put in wrong and "leaking from the top" which was surprising to me because I had already run dyed water though the disposal to find the leak so I asked him to clarify and he said I had no seal and that it was leaking from the top of the unit. I then told him I had already discovered the leak and he completely changed his tune but just enough to pretend he was still right. now it was leaking from the top where the seal should be back into the disposal and out of the bottom he learned all this the 3-13 seconds he spent under my sink.
After dealing with B's Plumbing all week (our plumbing issue gone unaddressed for a whole week now) I decided it was time to leave a review. I was not surprised when I typed into my google search "B's Plumbing" and the many other poor reviews from dissatisfied customers came up. As I scrolled through the reviews I felt each review was my very own words already written! B's Plumbing is unresponsive. They do not return voice messages and when they finally returned one they did not leave a message (I had to google the number to even see who called!). They do not show up within the confirmed timeframe. Yesterday I confirmed a 4-7 pm timeframe and made arrangements to take time off of work. Today at 2:30 I received an email (not even a phone call!) that my technician would arrive at 3:10. We were referred to B's Plumbing by our home warranty company. It is very disappointing and discouraging that they continue to support B's Plumbing. The guaranteed business from their referrals has probably allowed B's Plumbing to care less about customer service and follow-through. Needless to say, when it comes to B's Plumbing I would recommend you DO NOT use them.
Brian from B's plumbing came out and he was wonderful. He was honest about what was wrong, explained what he was doing, and cleaned up the mess when he was finished.
Would give ZERO stars if possible. I put in a service call to technical support to the manufacturer for water heater I just purchased from Home Depot. They were supposed to contact me within 24 hours to schedule an appointment. Still have not received a call from them to schedule my appointment. Never even got a chance to experience the crappy service everyone else is saying that they have received
The guy came to my property, Charles and lit the pilot...something we had already done and acted like that was the issue. He did no assessment of the hot water, then said that it might be something on the roof...well, it's your job to fix it right? He replaced something and said it should be on in an hour. Still no hot water. Don't call them.
The work wasn't easy and the age of our home didn't help but he didn't complain and worked at until the repairs were complete.
During it all he would hand tools to my daughter (child friendly tools) and referred to her as his assistant. She loved it.
This is the worse plumbing company I have ever dealt with, no exaggeration and it is not even close.
He then told me I would have to pay my deductible, I have an email from 2-10 saying it was already paid by them and NOT to pay B's Plumbing, plus he wanted $450 to either put putty on the seal or I could just have a new unit for the same price. I showed a little resistance and said I wanted to call 2-10 to verify my coverage and the plumber then said he could do it for $350 if I paid cash. I then informed him I was calling 2-10 and he said he didn't have that kind of time and stormed out of my house.
