HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I came here to sign up for cpr classes that i called the day before telling them that i will be there. So upon arriving yesterday 2 workers were there because i saw the fire truck pull up. i stood outside with my 2 kids at the door calling on the phone & ringing the doorbell for 30mins noone came. So i went back to my car only to find 2 workers finally came out just to go to the 711 across the street. SO i rush out and quickly sighn up for the classes that were for today. I was misinformed that classes started at 8:30am. So today i arrive 8:30 like i was told. At the door once again noone answers. 15 mins go by im calling no one answers but yet theres about 10 cars in the parking lot. By time someone does pick up the phone i am requesting if someone can open the door. Over the phone i am abruptly "shooed" away with a statement of classes started at 8 and they had the audacity to hang up the phone on me. I have never in my life felt so mistreated! At least have the respect enough to come to the door and meet me in person because i had additional questions when the next class would be scince i was misinformed! I wasted gas in an area i dont live close to just to arrive there and get hung up on over the phone. No one came to the door at all. I called again because i felt disrespected and wanted to know the name of the person who hung up on me abruptly when i had addition questions and needed to speak to someone in person bc someone was actually there. But no i was "shooed" off like i didnt matter. I do not recommend this place at all, there are other locations out there that will not disrespect you and actually open the door for you if you have any questions. Try the bryans road location they are so helpful and friendly.
