It was a nice first time experience. I was there to celebrate my daughter who turned two. She enjoyed herself and she likes dancing with Chunk E.
My experience here wasn't good. A bunch of the machines were broken. There was only one ticket redeeming machine operating. And the staff was rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this location at all
Usually nice and clean. It’s rarely ever busy unless there is a party reserved. Food service is fast. The only complaint is that they take forever to cash in your tickets for a prize. We waited for over 10mins and the person behind the counter was in a mood. I get it, you deal with lots of indecisiveness but that’s the job. Don’t take it out on the kids.
My kids love this Chuck E. Cheese. Very big and CLEAN when I go. I typically go week days. Decent food and great salad bar.
Some of the workers were really rude, but all in all my kids had a great time
