The dude at the register has an attitude. So I just decided to cancel my order because of his attitude. Then he huffs and puffs when I go back to the register to cancel my order. He then rolls his eyes and asks one of the other guys to come switch with him because he doesn't want to deal with me. I can hear him making smart ass comments as the other gentle man is helping me. I don't know what all the attitude was for in the first place. I appreciate the young man who did try to reconcile, but I just get turned off when people who deal with customers have attitudes.
Usually have had no issues with noodles and company except the occasional left out ingredient. So today after picking up my online and getting to work I realized the shrimp I ordered in my pesto cavatappi was missing. Frustrating but decided to let it be and eat it. However, a couple bites in I discovered a ball of dirt in my pasta, with roots going through it. I called and spoke to Mike and explained what happened who went silent for awhile before saying he apologized for that but all he could do was give me a free meal next time and no refund. Which would have been fine just for the missing shrimp but after finding the dirt ball in my food I will not be returning to this restaurant. Thanks for the offer of a free meal that I will never be back to eat.
Yummy, healthy food. Relaxed atmosphere. Decent prices. Discounts for first responders and military. And must not forget, homemade rice crispy treats.
I really do adore this company; they're is absolutely amazing. However, I was disappointed yesterday. I had asked my mother to bring me lunch, my favorite dish Pesto Cavatappi. But when I received my lunch, it was tomato soup, garlic bread, and some dip. I would have asked my mom to return it if I hadn't thought she forgot and bought this for me. It turned out they had given my mother the wrong order.
