Had a not so good taste in my mouth after spending 20 dollars on my meal tonight. I ordered an ultimate chicken sandwich, the gentlemen talking my order asked if I’d like bacon and cheese. Sure, why not? I then ordered and bacon and cheese pretzel dog. I’m not sure what exactly it was, the cheese or the bacon, or both. But they tasted so old and over cooked, and just had an all around rotten flavor, that they ruined my 6.00 sandwich and my 3.00 got dog. The onion rings were over done, the only thing that was semi edible. Usually I have a good experience at this location. I reside in clinton but visit waldorf frequently. For being a Friday night, you would think the ingredients would have been fresh. I will no longer be visiting this location. I wouldn’t be surprised if I end up with food poisoning from bacon left under the heat lamp for over 12 hours. Capitol heights is better than this location. Won’t get another dime of my hard earned money that I used to test myself. Thought about going back, but st this point I’m just tired and hungry and don’t feel like making the trip. Do better Sonic of Waldorf! Check your times on food!
The actual food is not so great, kind of reminds me of Denny's style restaurant food. But their drinks are on a whole.....notha.....level! The strawberry ice cream slush and blueberry coconut slush are so addictive. Didn't try the other flavors yet, but I will. As far as customer service goes, there's a young lady here at the window who is always so nice and has a smile on her face at all times, truly phenomenal customer service. The speed of this place is slow though....the line can get awfully long at times. But if customer service is more your thing than the wait, like me! then this is the place for you too
No complaints. Great food, fast service. Best place to go when it's raining cats and dogs, and you don't want the inside of your vehicle getting wet. But make sure you too for this confidence. After all those bringing you your food in the rain do so for 6-10 hours.
I've gone to this particular Sonic numerous time before work and have never had a problem. But today Sunday 08/27/17...there was an issue. I pull up at 6:37am and wait... And wait... And wait....so I called the inside, luckily someone answers. This individual tells me they don't open until 8am, I told her the website and the sign at the drive thru says 6am. She said "its 8am ma'am"....and hung up. When did the hours change???
I went on a Saturday morning & the older lady in the window had a VERY rude attitude. No customer service skills. Everything else was fine.
