Unfortunately, we have another funeral to attend next week, and I remembered that these pants still needed to be repaired. I called the Waldorf location and was told, "No problem, bring them in!" But when I showed up at the store, the associate was going to charge me for repairing the hem. I explained that they had not been hemmed in the first place and he referred me to the manager who was out front having a cigarette. When I went out to speak to her, (after apologizing for interrupting her break) I was asked if the pants had been dry cleaned. I explained that they had not been, but that the problem existed before they were washed. She said, "Well, we can't touch them unless they've been dry cleaned. That's company policy." One would think that it would be company policy to finish the work on a suit before sending it out the door. I will repair the pants myself, but I will never buy another thing at Jos A. Bank, and I will make sure that everyone I know hears about their shoddy workmanship and poor customer service. I wish that I had gone online and read the reviews of this company before doing business with them.
The store manager Regina went out of her way to help me make a situation that was messed up from the catalog store right. Highly recommend this location! Love their suits.
I went here to get a suit because of the deal they had going on (buy 1 get 3 free) but the woman that helped me, Shelby, was great. Very nice and patient with me. Had a good experience. I even called back the next day to see if I could pick up one of the four suits early, and they graciously agreed to have one of them done for me.
would like to talk with upper management about my experience and being miss informed on purchase incentives, sales staff was ghetto , compared to a different wonderful experience at national harbor store , in my opion national harbor needs to give lessons to waldorf on how to take care of the customer, i will continue to buy my suits from nakita.....

Very disappointed with this location. Made an appointment for a tux fitting and didn't get any help for almost a half-hour as the staff finished their current customers (ok with finishing current task, but not with nobody being available at the time of appointment). Also, did not know in advance that no sample pieces were available, only swarches too small to get a good idea what we were looking at. Finally, staff member that came to help did not seem very knowledgeable and was of very little help.
My husband bought a suit at this location for a wedding two years ago. He wore the suit to the wedding, and to a funeral the following year. At the funeral, the hem on one of the pant legs came completely undone. I asked him about it and he said that it had started to come loose at the wedding. When I looked at it, I saw that they had only bothered to hem one leg. The other was just baste stitched. I ran the slacks through a delicate cycle in the washing machine and hung them to dry. Aside from the loose pant leg they came out fine.
