I will say the ladies of this salon do excellent hair and ensure not to braid too tight. However, I was very upset on the way they run their buisness! I had a 7:30am appointment and they did not start my hair until 8:45am. In addition to that, somone missed a 5:30am appointment and showed up 3 hrs late but they took her before me. I thought that was very unproffesional of the stylist and they should've asked her to wait until after the people who made their appointments on time.
I love my hair. My Senegalese was done 4 hours. They ladie was very professional and polite. I will be back
The braiders are personable and kind. My hair turned out great. And the added bonus, I was in and out in about 3 1/2 hours. Almost unheard of for individuals.
I absolutely love this salon, very professional, fast, and affordable.
It was good the ladies were polite and professional and it was clean would definitely return in the future just hope they turn the air on next time lol.
