We've been visiting St. Charles Towne Center for a decade now. The stores are still very good. There's still something to do. We like trying on our clothes. So we enjoy the mall experience. We've also been bringing my grandson to see Santa at St. Charles Towne Center for 3 years now. It's like visiting an old friend. We're always so incredibly excited to see Santa! (Shirt from Macy's)
Has several restaurants and other stores to go to.I have been going to this mall for years so far so good at this location. The mall itself is not too big and it's very easy to navigate. I have not seen any incident such as fighting, shouting or any other misbehaving shoppers at this mall. The security team here is doing a terrific job. The mall is running smoothly every day. Don't hesitate to go there.
Got there near closing time. Had to swing by the Verizon store. There is the nicest young man working there, named Will. He has always gone out of his way to help me with the problems I create with my smart phone. That entire staff is the best Verizon has ever had at a store. They need to be kept together, because they work so well together. I suggest you try it the next time you are at the mall, even just to pay your bill.
Very clean and ample parking. Great food court and you can always find bargains everywhere. Need more sit down restaurants since 2 recently closed down.
This mall has been on a downward slope for some time now. If it does not revamp itself it will soon close down. There are like 5 stores in there now that are worth visiting.
