My first time taking my vehicle to this shop and my experience was great. They were so professional and very understandable. Took care of the problem the next day. They also told me other problems I have according to the severity of it. Felt comfortable taking my car here without being ripped off. Won't have any problems getting my service.

Our 2008 Honda Odyssey needed a serpentine belt repair. Come to find out there were missing parts of the pulley system causing all the squealing and ultimately causing the belt to come.allnthe way off. Boswell's picked up the van from my house, repaired it and had it ready for me the next business day. Rachel even recommended waiting on the A/C check because they'll be running a special in the spring which will save us money.
The clutch went out in my dodge. I didn't want to pay a lot of money. Tom was patient with all my questions and is replacing my clutch. The customer service is awesome. Especially the lady up front. (I forgot her name) I would recommend them to anyone. Other places made me feel like I was getting ripped off. Thanks guys!!
We took my husbands car here because it was overheating. They were able to take his car in and repair it the same day. They were very thorough and kept us updated with exactly what was happening the whole time. When we arrived to pick up the car they even showed us the parts that were causing the issue. I always admire this in a mechanic. I had been going to the same mechanic in VA for over 10 years. Now that my husband and I are new to the area and have been in search for a new honest and reasonably price mechanic. I’m so glad we brought my husbands car here. We will be going back for all our future automotive maintenance.

Boswell has been absolutely amazing for my husband and I. We had an unfortunate experience at another chain mechanic which resulted in a lot of damage to our vehicle. We brought it over to Boswell, and Tom took care of everything for us. He and the staff at Boswell were prompt, honest, and fair. I have nothing but good things to say about how amazing every single part of our interaction with Boswell was, and we will definitely be going back to them for all of our car needs. Not even a week later, I drove into a curb, and needed a new tire. Tom took a look at my car within 30 minutes, and offered to get the tire for us but warned us that it would take a day or two and suggested we go to a tire supplier to get the tire ourselves and have a quicker repair. He could have kept the business for himself, but chose to take care of us in the best way possible. We are so grateful! Thanks, Tom!
