This branch of BOA has terrible customer service. I arrived there 30 minutes before the posted closing time to open an account. Problem one, they dont have a sign in sheet to keep track of the order in which customers come into the location or the nature of the services they need to talk to the bankers about. As a result, the customers are left confronting each other if there is ever a dispute over who is next to be serviced.This happened more than once during my visit, sadly I can't say it was my biggest concern with this branch. After sitting in the area reserved for customers wishing to speak with banking associates from 11:30 am- 12:03 pm, a young lady that works there walks over to four customers and asks what the nature of our business with BOA is today. When 3 of the four customers stated they needed to open accounts. She stated it took to long to do that(open an account) and she had to go. Therefore the customers who had been waiting and were there well before closing time had to come back or schedule an appointment. I was befuddled by this lack of professionalism and a overall lack of commitment to servicing customers. Ironically the customers she found time to service was the last to arrive, however that customer was closing an account and that doesnt take as much time. Isn't that a wonderful business model...

I rushed to that location after work so I could deposit cash. The ATM was down and although the location is supposed to be open until 6 they were closed 10 minutes early atlrast cause there wasnt a soul in the bank so they must have closed earlier than 10 minutes cause everyone was long gone.
The worst service on a Friday evening ever! Most of the time we drive to the Laplata branch. My husband has had words with the manager-who didn't offer much emotion about his questions. Just schedule more employers for busy times.
