Attempted to call this branch twice. Both times, I let the phone ring for over 2 minutes and no one would pick up the line. Not good customer service. On the other hand, I called the La Plata branch and they picked up on the first ring. It looks like it might be worth spending the extra minutes to drive to La Plata instead of banking at the Market Pl branch.

Horrible!! Such a pain in ass.I went to apply for my credit card in september. And its December now still didnt get my card mailed at home. Every time I call them they pretend to change my address and ask me to wait 5-7 bussiness days. VERY UNPROFESSTIONAL.
