My acct was dormant for 20 yrs and I was able to go in and reactivate it and get approved for a mortgage loan in 15 mins!

Short wait at midday, pretty long near closing but thats normal. Parking is kinda tight. No drive thru.

I went to this location to make a bill payment, With prior Authorization to use the account holders debit card and pin for the transaction, now once i swiped the card and used the pin number the teller says since u are not the account holder i have to cancel the debit card for fraud... so i asked her where was the fraud at she said u just put in the pin number for the card that doesn't belong to you. so i said but I have authorization to use the card and i am only making a payment not taking funds out of the account, so i left and returned with the account holder to get a replacement card and asked to see the manager and rules and regulations in writing of what the teller said was fraud .. so the assistant manager comes and prints Visas policy which Clearly states UNAUTHORIZED use it says nothing about AUTHORIZED use so i will never ever go back to this location i was extremely embarrassed in front of about 15 or more ppl. only at this location have i ever had to deal with false information and a waste of a new card printed.. all because staff at this location is not properly trained to handle different circumstances. I also feel as if i was targeted by the employee because if there was something fraudulent, Why would she accept the large sum of money from me? and then cancel the card?? can someone pls explain this to me???? I HONESTLY FEEL IF THERE WAS SOMETHING FRAUDULENT SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE ACCEPTED THE PAYMENT AT ALL AND TURNED ME AWAY MONEY IN HAND! BUT THIS WAS CLEARLY NOT A FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION SO THAT IS WHY SHE ACCEPTED THE PAYMENT! I FEEL ALL PARTIES INVOLVED SHOULD BE TERMINATED! AND I WOULD LIKE AN APOLOGY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND THE EMBARRASSMENT I HAD TO ENDURE.

Absolutely hate coming here, at any time of that day its always crowded and yes I know its a bank, and we are bound to stand in line, but this Navy federal is terrible with quickness! I know its good to conversate and make the "member" feel good. .. But if you have a line wrapped around the whole building you should keep conversation like that at a minimum! Stood in line for 45 min once, with 20 people in front of me. Way to long in my opinion. I suggest you get direct deposit instead of checks.

Worst location ever. Slow service. Need to hire additional employees, or speed up! I've been here 3 times, and still nothing has been accomplished. Systems are always down... you would think when you call to verify the hours they would tell you that.
