1) initially car had a suspension issue, had 2 shops to confirm it's the shock
3 star because i rented a car through them through hyrecar. I did have ups and downs emotional coaster with them:
brought it in the 2nd day and they were able to fix it on the spot. It was good for 100 miles, and then it came back. I don't know what kind of shock they replaced it with but it did not work. They waived one day of rental for me
2) 3rd day the battery died. they send a technician out asap to help me fix it
5 star for the attempt
Attention transporters! please be careful with this dealers.
3) 5 star again for service because the technician offered to drive me home. also they refunded the whole trip of rental. Brooks also called me as soon as this other car is repaired I am interested in it and they can probably deliver the car to me (i live 1 hour away), she will let me know. she claimed it was AC issue and they brought it to the dealership.
1 star - it's been 3 weeks they still have not contacted me yet.
Honestly, as a carrier who delivers cars to dealers are not happy with this company. I guess, none of them wishes to care and have a long and professional relationship between two companies. If you think this guys giving you a low price, one of the reasons might be that, they did not paid for transporters for delivery of the car you are purchasing. Also, if they tell you that they going to send a check "Please", make sure that check is good to be deposited.
1 star for repair work since he did not fix the issue and it was not fixed. the guy fried the system itself by putting the battery negative to positive and postive to negative.

We called them so many times to pay for the service, but they will never call you back or try to work on payments that they owe to transporters. We have all the proof regarding nonpayment if someone thinks that we messing with their rating! We are reporting from real facts.
5 star for service on this portion because they did try to repair it asap. and they waived the rental for the day.
