Since Enterprise Rental Car seemed to have dominated the rental car market (and their prices are ridiculous) I thought Budget (and Thrifty) were no longer in business other than at airports but I just happened to see a link to Budget associated with USAA and my thoughts were okay let me see what they are talking about and I'm glad I did because my experience was so outstanding that I'm going to rent from Budget every time I need a rental car. Thank you Budget from a former Budget employee.
I reserved a 17' truck for Sept 30 2017 only to arrive at the location and be told they didn't have a truck there nor any in the area. Because of this I couldn't move leaving me out of pocket hundreds of dollars for movers, storage units, and extra rent bc I couldn't move. I'm a single parent and disabled vet so I cannot afford to shell out money like this twice in a lifetime because the company can't keep their system updated to reflect what is available.
This was my first time using this location n the guys working here were very professional n even though my car wasn't ready when I got there it wasn't a long wait for the car n it was clean when I got it. So I will use this location again!!

The Budget in Waldorf MD is the best location. Management and staff are always courteous and friendly. They do there best to accommodate their customers. I want go anywhere else!!!!
