This wasn't the quality of service I'm use to from your company. You would get 4 - 4.5 stars but this trip you get 3. This was not the worst trip using Enterprise.

I miss the previous staff that were at this location but the new ones now seem to be as nice. There was a slight error in my invoice which was promptly corrected when I called. I plan to continue renting from this location and I will recommend it to any renter.

The vehicles are usually immaculate inside and out. This vehicle needed some work. I took it as is. I was waived from filling the vehicle with gas but was charged a gas fee when vehicle was returned. A phone call was made and the fee is to be removed.

Normally this place is slow, but accommodating. After today's experience, however, I will never step foot in the place again. I was told the car was damaged because of hail. There was zero damage and I have pictures. It didn't even look like hail damage. There was apparently a smooth dip in the roof that was 100% already there and most likely how the car came manufactured because many roofs have these minor imperfections. When I became upset over this and the fact that they totally screwed up my service due to their own clerical error, the manager standing in the doorway, at least 10 feet away from me, asked me to step outside. I told her no. She asked me again in front of the entire waiting room and I told her I felt very uncomfortable. That statement in my area is slang for aggression. I finally agreed when she walked over and asked me privately...which is what a professional would have done from the gate. Although she tried to explain she was trying to diffuse a scene, that was a lie. If you are trying to diffuse something, why would you stand 10 feet from me at the door and ask me twice in front of all customers to step outside when I was talking to the cashier privately? Seems counter productive considering it made a bigger scene. I called corporate and my insurance. I have NEVER, at any business, had anything like this happen to me. Never tell a customer in a minor situation to "step outside" in front of an entire waiting room. You would think it that would be common sense. While this was happening, a tall slender woman working for enterprise, who was standing behind the cashier was smirking and laughing the entire time. The female staff acted like children. The males were fine, even the one who made the error was absolutely professional (and felt extremely uncomfortable by the behavior of these two). If you, as a business WOMAN, can't handle an upset customer due to the fault of your own employees, or are (quite frankly) an immature, petty brat, then get out of customer service. I will NEVER go here again. I wasn't sure if I was at a car rental business or the Maury Povich show.

The staff were so helpful and efficient. I only gave them 4 instead of 5 stars because they could not store the seats removed from my rented 15 passenger van. I needed storage for the kids' water toys and had to take the seats out and store them at home. The staff loosened the seats for me so they were easily lifted. The quote was accurate. They checked to insure that I had my On-Star service activated. I cannot say enough about a Management Trainee, Steven D. Baker. He provided the service that makes a customer return to the place of business. He made me feel appreciated and that Enterprise wanted to assure my trip a success.

The car I requested wasn't available so I received an upgrade. *That was good.*

Tyrone and Thomas are the BEST. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at an Enterprise ....or any other car rental establishment, for that matter.... and I rent vehicles often. These guys, especially Tyrone exudes and inner joy that's contagious and puts your mind at ease, while Thomas' energy is peaceful. You'll know you're in good hands. Go in and see for yourself. I highly recommend it!!!
