CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE SUCKS!!!! CALLED THEM TO MAKE A PAYMENT AND YOU CANT EVEN UNDERSTAND WHAT THE PERSON IS SAYING ON THE PHONE AND THEN HE SAYS TO ME I'M SORRY I DON'T UNDERSTAND YOU MEANING ME THE CUSTOMER HOW IN THE HECK TO YOU OWN A BUSINESS AND HIRE PEOPLE TO ANSWER THE PHONE IN CUSTOMER CARE THAT DON'T SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH AND DON'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH WITH VS
I live VS and all of their products but this location's staff and inventory has much left to be desired. The store is clean and well kept but the staff doesn't make much of an effort to help their customers. I'm disappointed with this location and would rather drive into the Springfield or Pentagon City mall locations.
Staff is eager to help those with a receptive attitude. Areas kept relatively clean and organized. Many of the online items are unavailable- especially for pink. No bathing suits & no campus/team items. Go to a stand alone pink store for that. A smile and approachability will guarantee you amazing service and maybe even a new friend. Accept a bag if offered, ask questions about sales and coupons- remember names.
I went in to get sized and the woman that helped me didn't have the best attitude to begin with. She measured my cup size totally wrong, but I bought a new size to compare that to my regular bras. I go in the next day to do an exchange for a bigger cup, and she's at a register this time. Another woman was ringing me up, and the girl goes, “She's bringing that bra back already? She was here just yesterday,” with an attitude from Hell. I was quite irritated that instead of asking me what was wrong, she has a sidebar with her coworker, IN FRONT OF ME. Needless to say, I won't be coming back to this store since there's evidently zero professionalism and the employees have smart mouths and crappy attitudes.
