I am new to the BBB experience. I am still so blown away by the level of service and the friendliness of the staff. Nordstrom is known for their customer service and friendly staff but I'll bet my bottom dollar that BBB has exceeded them. There isn't enough room here to detail how amazing the staff was in accommodating a return without the receipt. I ended up spending much more because the staff was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted.
I got my Bissell Proheat Pet Deluxe carpet cleaner it is a spot cleaner for a great price. Everywhere else was pricey. Love those coupons from Bed Bath & Beyond!!?
I love walking around this store and getting ideas on the way I like to design my rooms and cabinets. However, I have to budget myself cause I'll go outrageous. I enjoy the staff. They are friendly and the prices are reasonable.
