I have been to this Sears so many times and the customer service here is very acceptable. I bought a beautiful outdoor table and chairs at a reasonable price. The customer service representative was very helpful. I"ve got a promotional rate and was very satisfied with my order.The nanager on duty was very corteous and knowledgeable of the promotional rates ,sales etc..
I will definitely shop there again.

This store is a prime example of why Sears is going out of business. We waited in line for 42 minutes. No joke. The cashier told my husband to come around to the other side . Then she told him to wait. She stopped working the cash register and proceeded to organize clothes behind the counter. Meanwhile the customer behind my husband in the original line was checked out. My husband then went back to the original cashier. He then asked for a store manager. The store manager never showed up but a manager from lands end showed up. She berated the cashiers and completely misrepresented what happened. She was completely unprofessional . My husband called the store and left a message with the store manager . The manager has yet to call my husband back. So he reached out and filed a formal complaint with corporate . Like I said , the poor customer service is exactly why Sears is going out of business.
