Kohls has the best customer service, excellent hours, incredible prices and is overall great. The cashier, Brett, went above-and-beyond to accomodate me and make sure I was taken care of. :)

My wife loves Kohl's and I am starting to come around. Needed to replace some wardrobe and hit Penny's then Kohl's. Should have just gone to Kohl's and skipped Penny's. Better selection, slightly cheaper, and the staff (while more sparse) are helpful. The long lines to checkout are the only negative.
Large selection, attached to the mall, friendly staff. A lot of good parking near the different entrances.
