I came to this salon for the first time tonight and I had a GREAT experience. Everyone welcomed me and treated me great. I will surely be back. My hair turned out great and my cut and style were perfect. Thank you!
I have been getting my hair done here since they have opened but today I decided to step out of the box and get some color...OMG! I'm so in love with this color! They did a AWESOME job! I've always been scared of color because of the maintenance it takes to make sure your hair doesn't fall out! But I felt totally comfortable with going to Reflexions salon because before I colored my hair they have always took great care of my hair even with the amount of heat they apply my hair has never been damaged! They don't just look for you money but they take care of your hair! Yes it's pricey but the work they put in and the style you leave out with is so worth it! You get what you pay for! I'll be back next week for my curls! Thank you ladies so much!
It should be ZERO STARS but, It’s one star because it makes you give at least one. Jenny is the only reason I went and that was only in an emergency, it’s quick and near by. The prices are too high and don’t equal the level of service provided. You are like chattel being moved through the line. The owner or whoever she is, is rude and unprofessional . I went once and asked if Jenny was in. I was told yes, she is on her way. I was washed and rolled and dry. Jenny was not there. I waited, finally they said she wasn’t in and someone else could do it. I stated no. I wasn’t familiar with anyone else and wasn’t comfortable with anyone else touching my hair. I was willing to pay for the service that was given but not full price. The owner or who I think is the owner told me I still needed to pay for the service although the service was not complete. I said I would pay for what was done but, should not have to pay full price. It was a full on verbal battle of trying to reason what seemed obvious. I would have never allowed them to wash and set me if I knew she wasn’t in that day. I paid I think $35 for a wash and set but no blow out and no style. So, I basically left the same way I came...They aren’t honest, the customer service is poor and management is inexperienced and unprofessional. They do price gauge. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I have learned convenience doesn’t equal quality. So, even though Jenny was great I just can’t stand to give this business my money ever again. They really do need a visible price list posted in the front as soon as you come in. I am going to alert the county licensing office about their practices.
U better know what you are there to have done; because the English is not good. BUT, if they understand you and you understand them; it's a beautiful thing.
NO STARS!!!!!!!!!!! This place sucks!!! Please stay away if your hair is natural!!!!! I took my 13 year old daughter for service and I am CONVINCE that they use semi-perm in the shampoo and/or conditioner. I could literally spell the perm when I washed her hair. Cannot believe their sneaky, lying, deceitful business practices. If you are natural DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I am going to call the BBB to find out my rights.
