I have been going to this Lowe's several times this past few months and the customer service here was very acceptable.Last Sunday, I went there to buy some topsoil, once I got inside I was greeted by a worker who was ready to help me with my needs. I took up on his offer and was able to buy the topsoil and left ten minutes later.Overall I am pleased with their service.
I had a great experience getting a live Christmas tree. I found a nice selection of trees to choose from and found a really nice full 5 ft. tree on sale for only $12.00. They trimmed and bagged it too!
This store has been going downhill for months. It has been harder to find things - inventory is a mess. Today I went in for PS1-09 plywood and T1-11 siding. Looked unsuccessfully for awhile, then checked the internet. The internet said they had 138 pieces of the plywood and 30 pieces of the siding, but the lumber associate couldn't find any of either of them. Going to try the La Plata store now...

This is a standard issue Lowe's. The folks who work there are friendly. It's clean. It's stocked. I have to say, I do not recommend purchasing online for store pick-up. We finally learned after like the fifth time that even if you confirm ahead of time, you cannot expect customer service to know whether it's in, where it is in the back, whose name it's under, whether they stocked it instead of keeping it for pick-up...you get the idea. If they could find it, it would still take forever for someone to fund it and bring it up.
