Very unprofessional. When the appointment was made we are given a specific time of arrival for the cleaning. I was impressed with this as most service offer a time window. The morning of the appointment at 9am I assume is the 1st appointment of the day. Well 9 came and went and nobody showed up. At 915 i decided to call to see if they were in route and was advised that they were and they probably stopped to get some coffee or something. Satisfied with the answer, I hung up and waited.....until 930am and decided to call again. The tone from the operator quickly shifted and he stated "they are in route but I'll call again." While he was calling, so that I could hear, he said, I told her that you are on the way. Thereafter, I said, calm but a little confused at the reaction, that it would have been nice to call me before the arrival time, 8:45am, to let me know that there would be a delay. The operator proceeded to get nasty with me and tell me that they would be there by 10. Puzzled and fustrated, I cancelled the appointment. Very unhappy with the lack of attention and professional conduct.
