Great food, friendly staff, clean, good prices
Amazing place! The NY steamer was meltingly delicious, just with the right amount of fixings! Served really warm and fresh, it brought subs to a whole new level. One thing though was that the bread wasn't toasted enough for me, but man! The place was well lit, drinks were of so much variety and dispensed with this new Coke machine it was fun to load up :) Also showed how firemen did their jobs and what it takes to get them going... Kudos to Richard the manager who seems to have the place in tip-top condition. Wish we had more of these places in the city!
Excellent hot and cold subs. My favorite sub is the Hero. The meat they use has great flavor which makes the sub taste great. Far far better than Subway in my opinion.
Great food. Great service. I love it when a manager takes time to come out to the dining room and touch each table and ask how everything was. The people at this Firehouse Subs are very friendly.
As I walked in every employee greeted me welcoming me.I came here my first time a couple days although the food was delicious. The cashier I believe her name was Christina was rushing me with my order while talking to other employee about why she hasn't received her managers shirt and looked like a normal employee yet sounding pretty upset.My order was messed up. My server whos name was shanea brought my food to my table with a smile, she remade my order and apologize for the mistake the cashier made.A Spanish lady brought it back out to me an apologized once more and she was very polite .the food was delicious but I'm unsure if I can return due to the cashier lack of customer service.
