Not friendly. Not rude, but not very welcoming. This location doesn't offer the sprouts on their subs, because it's a health hazard. The way I was informed of this was very judgmental, as if I was some sort of idiot for wanting what other locations offer daily. I won't come here again because of the attitude and lack of sprouts (one thing that makes JJs unique). I can get a great sandwich in a lot of places. I don't need these people.
Excellent service. No wait at all. As soon as i paid for my sandwich they had it ready. And it was delicious. I will definitely be visting again!!!

Great service, better sandwiches! One of my favorite places to eat, especially this Waldorf, MD location. My wife and I were just observing how professionally the staff conducts themselves, despite being very young. Excellent experience all around consistently.
