It took 1.5 hrs during a week night, but the food was still warm and the delivery driver was nice.
Ordered from them numerous times with no problems until recently...On my most recent order I paid with my credit card for the first time. Well it turns out that fraudulent charges were placed on my card for tickets to a young thug concert in DC as well the drinks for the evening. Luckily I caught it early and am working with my banks fraud department to dispute the charges, get my money back and hopefully conduct an investigation. So buyer be warned pay cash if you order from here.
I tried to order online several times before giving up and calling my order in, when calling I get an attitude from the female who answered and when I told her where I wanted to order from she said that the cutoff time for the restaurant was 5 minutes before I called. When I tell her I had been trying to order online for 30 minutes she sarcastically replies "and you waited 30 minutes to call..." then she puts me on hold with out saying so and answers again like we never spoke...finlly she takes my order from the restaurant that she originally said was unavailable..and continues to have an attitude. Luckily for the driver I won't associate the bad service when I tip them. Someone needs to tell them to practice better costumer service.
I understand that delivery places get busy on weekend evenings. However, tell me why pizza places can take an order, manage to have it made and still have it delivered in 90 minutes not 3 hours. They need to figure out a better system to take in high amounts of traffic and still keep their customers happy.
Ps: He Didnt even speak when i came to door.
Food service quick, but the driver had no customer service. Refuse a tip because it was in coins (Lame). At end of day all money spend same way.
