I'm in the Military and needed a storage facility. I searched the DMV since I was being PSC there and all the prices for the unit I needed were north of $400.00 and in some cases $500.00 plus. I can’t tell you how relieved I was to get the pricing with in my budget, when I needed it, and in the area where I was moving. This place is clean, professional, easy to get to, and easy to maneuver between the units. So irritating when you have to move every time someone needs to get to their unit. Semi/18 wheelers can get by. So awesome. Over the years I have moved a lot. All storage units are not the same: structure issues, water leaks, any light, smells, pest, and rodents. James was professional, organized, accommodating, efficient, helpful, informative, and supportive. Its tough coordinating from somewhere else and he made the process so easy it felt like he was a part of the military transportation office. I have referred Soldiers I know that are PCSing or have outgrown their current location and need storage. I will refer this place to anyone at any stage in their life. I have a civilian that is relocating from California and needs storage he is perusing Affordable MINI storage. Thanks to James I was able to safe guard my Stuff/valuables and for a fair price not an arm and a leg, worry free.
They do not accept cash
The day I was there they did not have the size I wanted, neither did the sister store. They did put me on a waiting list at both places so that was great !!!
The gate is open all day anyone can drive in or out ! Forget trying to acess a unit on Saturday or Sunday as it is yard sale day people wandering around isles blocked. Use of truck has to arranged around the yard sale people who use it to haul their stuff and buy other storage lockers. Your items would be safer In a dumpster with a crackhead watching it. 1 star because I had to give them that.
The units are NOT climate controlled!
However the units are a bit cheaper than other storage places.
Gerald James is all about business and honesty business.
But the gentleman that assisted me was very nice and took the time to explain all of their procedures to me.
Sadly the staff did not know a couple answers to questions that I felt they should have regarding my items storage.
There is very few parking spaces to park and go to office I believe 5

They do have online payments and a kiosk near front door, outside so that is good.
They do have a sister facility near by!
